These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of robolineai.com and any services provided by RoboLine AI ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
RoboLine AI provides done-for-you business automation services including, but not limited to, AI sales pipeline automation, workflow automation, and ongoing automation management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Our services require a one-time setup fee to build your automation system, plus a monthly retainer for ongoing management, optimization, and support. Setup fees are due prior to project commencement. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to all built automations through the end of the paid period.

Upon full payment, you own the automation workflows, templates, and systems we build for your business. We retain the right to reference the engagement (in general terms, without disclosing confidential information) for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. We will not share your business data, customer lists, or proprietary processes with third parties except as required to deliver the service.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. ROI estimates provided during audits or proposals are based on industry averages and your specific inputs — actual results will vary. Automation performance depends on factors including the quality of your data, your team's adoption, and market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboLine AI's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our services often involve third-party platforms (HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or terms imposed by those platforms. Costs for third-party tools are not included in our fees unless explicitly stated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in lieu of court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
